• The perfume must be unused or at least 90% full.
• Product must be returned in its original packaging, box, and condition.
• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Returns:

• Eligible products can be returned within 7 days.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with the return approval.
• Refunds will be issued according to our store policy after verification.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days if all conditions are met.
• Exchange requests depend on product availability.
• If your selected item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

• Products used more than 10%
• Items damaged due to misuse, drops, or mishandling
